The Furry Inn reserves the right to decline, limit, pause, or modify services if a dog is not a suitable fit for the care environment or if safety concerns arise.

Vaccination and Health Requirements


Dogs may be required to remain current on vaccinations and health requirements before attending daycare or boarding.


Required health records may include Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and a negative fecal test within the last year, depending on current facility policy.



Pet parents are responsible for providing accurate, current health and vaccination information.


The Furry Inn may deny service if required health information is incomplete, expired, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Pricing and Payment


The Furry Inn publishes pricing to help pet parents understand expected daycare and boarding costs.



Current standard rates include:

  • Dog Daycare: $45/day
  • Boarding Under 40 lbs: $60/day
  • Boarding Over 40 lbs: $70/day


Rates are firm and may fluctuate based on seasonal demand, holidays, availability, and individual care parameters.


Package pricing, multi-day discounts, holiday policies, and special arrangements may vary. Pet parents should call or text 203-981-4973 to confirm current pricing and availability.

All-Inclusive Care


The Furry Inn emphasizes transparent, all-inclusive care. Standard care may include walks, treats, basic care, daily photo/video updates, and medication administration where applicable.


However, individual care needs may vary. The Furry Inn reserves the right to discuss special care requirements, safety needs, limitations, or additional arrangements before accepting or continuing service.

Booking and Availability


Service inquiries, calls, texts, emails, and form submissions are not confirmed bookings until The Furry Inn directly confirms the arrangement.



Booking may require:

Cancellation Policy


For dog boarding cancellations, The Furry Inn requires 48 hours’ notice to avoid a one-night charge.


The Furry Inn will make reasonable efforts to work with pet parents on date changes whenever possible. Date changes are subject to availability.



Holiday, peak-demand, or extended-stay bookings may be subject to additional cancellation or deposit requirements communicated at the time of booking.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up


Pet parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up dogs within approved operating windows.


Standard operating hours are:

  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, boarding drop-off and pickup only


Hours may change due to holidays, weather, emergencies, staffing, or operational needs. Please confirm current hours before arrival.

Safety and Service Refusal


The Furry Inn is committed to maintaining a safe environment for dogs, staff, and visitors.


The Furry Inn may refuse, pause, or discontinue service if a dog presents safety concerns, health concerns, behavioral issues, incomplete records, or care requirements beyond what the facility can safely provide.



This decision may be made at The Furry Inn’s sole discretion.

Photos and Videos


The Furry Inn may send daily photo or video updates to pet parents as part of its care experience.


Photos or videos may also be used for business, marketing, social media, website, or promotional purposes unless a pet parent requests otherwise in writing.



Pet parents who do not want their dog’s photo or video used publicly should notify The Furry Inn directly.
